for The Paralegal Learning Center’s
eight-month Certificate Program is $3995.
The cost of books is included in your tuition.

REFERRALS
If you are an enrolled student or a graduate
of The PLC, you are eligible for a $100 referral award if you
refer another student that enrolls in The PLC’s Certificate
Program. Satisfied students help us advertise our services,
and we want to encourage you to do so. All referral awards will
be paid upon the referred student’s completion of the
Certificate Program.
MILITARY DISCOUNT
The Paralegal Learning Center is proud to
offer a 15% reduction of all tuition and fees to members of
the Armed Services, including National Guard and Reserves, and
their spouses. Please Contact
our offices if you are eligible for the Military Discount.
REFUND POLICY
The PLC’s refund policy is in compliance with Chapter
1100, Pos 1102.10 of the New Hampshire Code of Administrative
Rules, which substantially states that:
If you do not enter the Certificate Program,
but have prepaid tuition, The PLC will refund the entire amount
paid, minus an administrative fee of $100. Any books received
must also be returned in “new” condition (otherwise
they must be purchased at cost).
If you enroll but then withdraw or discontinue
your studies after the program has begun, but prior to completion
of the program, the following refunds shall apply:
• Withdraw within first 7 calendar days
of the Semester, 75% of the tuition for the Semester.
• Withdraw after first 7 calendar days, but within the
first 25% of the Semester, 40% of the tuition for the Semester.
• Withdraw after 25% but within 50% of the Semester,
30% of the tuition for the Semester.
• Withdraw after 50% of the Semester, no refund.
The PLC is not on a “semester” schedule,
but for the purposes of this section, the term “Semester”
shall mean four months (or four, month-long courses) and the
phrase “tuition for the Semester” shall mean one-half
of the tuition for the Certificate Program (approximately
$2,000).
